For the love of god FIX YOUR ONLINE TOPUP O2!!!
I bought a new simcard, registered it blah blah & nothing works, cant even top-up!!
'It looks like something's gone wrong
We're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.'
So say bye bye to the £50 top up I was going to get, I brought an EE sim instead that I topped up immediately.
YOUR LOSS & YOU SHOULD ENDEAVOUR TO FIX IT.

I noticed a lot of little glitches yesterday on the O2 site - maybe the servers are creaking in the heat.

The online system has been glitchy for a few people over the past few days. O2 do have a number of different ways to pay so no-one should struggle. You could have bought a voucher in an emergenc..or used a variety of different methods
