Indeed you can Adam but the issue here is that the OP has already paid £10 but it hasn't reached his account/handset yet and they are concerned they may have lost it (and therefore wasted £10)

Hi,

I recently switched to Pay & Go go go... But i've realised Web & Text suits me far better. Apparently i can't swap back to that now. However, if i buy a sim with web & text, then transfer my number over to it, will i keep the W&T tarriff, or will it put me back on P&GGG.The new options 02 have made available are really not my cup of tea.

Any help is appreciated

Normally you can switch tariff once every 30 days. If the tariff is still available there is no reason you can't change back. Speak to customer service. Normally transferring your number to another sim card also transfers the tariff.

Best option is to speak with customer service.

Hmm, i contacted customer services & they pretty much said what you said.

However, if i transfer my number over to another provider (like Vodaphone for example) then transferred my number back to a web & text sim...Would that bypass the tariff transfer & inherit the one onthe sim?

Sorry to be a pain in the bum, but i like web & text and i like 02

Yes if you do that your number will inherit the tariff on the new O2 sim card as long as text and web is still an available tariff.

Have you tried texting TEXTANDWEB to 21300 ?
