I did an upgrade on my plans (I have 3) a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying to activate my extras (Disney, Audible) for a while now. I select it, then I get the security code, I agree to the terms, then I get a message 'Oops! Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again.' What should I do?
