Does anyone know how long it takes to get the extra data being offered for NHS workers?
I ran out of data a week ago because of increased use and patchy wifi at work (GP practice) and applied earlier in the week but still haven't been topped up.
I was also charged 54p for sharing a contact - again work related - I'm fuming about it and O2 have made it impossible to talk to anyone or contact them. I've just tried 202 and was cut off because it wasn't a fraud or stolen phone issue.

It was from the 23rd April. I'm sure you appreciate there are a lot of people they have to roll this out to so it may be a couple more days yet
