Morning,
i bought a sim only monthly contract. Specifically asked for a full cap but today got a message saying well done you sent your first mms - nice work, this isnt included in your tarrif.
this is my daughters account, what else is it possible to be charged for on a fully capped account. I dread to think whats coming next.
i would have called support but they hve limited agents working. Fully open for sales i imagine but not sorting errors.

I have never bought a phone for a child before & was worried of overspending. So this should have been explained to me. I will be visiting the shop once safe.
