Hey,
I got a charge of £12.89 for calls and texts - I was told it was because I wasn't in the UK - I live about 5 minutes walk from the Irish border in the North of Ireland so I can only assume that the network changed to the republic network.
I thought even then that it was now the same cost ( Minutes and texts included ) within Europe.
Even if not, I had no idea it had changed to the republic network, I normally get a text but I didn't get one, is there any other reason for these charges?
Thanks

It should tell you which country the charge is from on your bill @DerryJohn

Well that's clear enough @DerryJohn (unless you travelled near to the border and picked up a SI network)
If you didn't then follow the advice above and contact customer services.
I would be very interested to know exactly what they say the charges were for?
Please pop back if you have time and let us know what they say

Thanks for the replies, I am on pay monthly, so I thought this was included even if I did travel to the republic, which I didn't ...
Even if you connected to a Rebublc of Ireland network you should not have been charged for calling or texting NI as I said at the very beginning.
If customer service are saying this is the reason it is wrong and you should be refunded.
