Extra charges

When I signed up for this plan I was told it would be £16 a month. Just noticed I'm being charged £23 wots goin on

@Anonymous you will be charged the price you signed up for. The full tariff will show on your bill but the discount will show as a bolt on

Are you actually being charged that amount or is that what your MyO2 says?
I ask because you will usually have a bolt on which gives the discount when the bill is produced.
If £23 is actually going out of your account and you aren't going over your included allowances, you need to call customer service on 202 to check the status of your account.

Also bear in mind if this is your first bill it will be slightly higher because you pay pro rata for the first few days and also a full month in advance.

You can get to the bolt-ons section in My O2 by clicking 'View tariff and allowances' on the manage your device page.
