Extra charges

I have £7.50 extra charges but don’t have a clue why. I haven’t used or called anyone different. So what can it be fot?

We have no access to your account so can't tell you. You should be able to look in My O2 and check under 'recent charges', click on that section and this will explain what they are for.

If you are still unhappy with the charges then contact O2
