Why am I being charge twice for data usage which I haven’t used. Yes I am abroad my mobile data is off and my roaming is also off so why am I being charged abd I’m not using no data. I haven’t made no international calls or send a text . I have WiFi. I am very upset

Receiving calls or texts can also trigger the daily travel charge, but as we cannot see your account here, you'll need to contact O2 to ask them http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If you have a phone the uses visual voicemail (any iPhone and some Android), turning the phone off and on will register it on the network - sending a text and using a tiny bit of data.
