Extra charges on bill

I have been charged an extra £45 on top of my monthly bill for using my phone while in Albania - I was never in that country. I was in Corfu which is the EU and I could use my phone data at no extra cost. I went out on a boat and sailed between Corfu and Albania and o2 sent a text welcoming me to Albania. These charges then occurred while on the boat. As I was never in that country, I was only ever in Corfu Greece, I am not paying these charges and would like to speak to someone as it is urgent. It's always best to select a network rather than allowing automatic selection.

Unfortunately the Albanian signal must have been stronger here you were travelling

Best you can hope for is a sympathetic adviser giving you a goodwill gesture
