Solved: Extra charge on my monthly bill?

why am i being charged an extra £1 on my bill. It appears to be for messages but my contract is unlimited messages and calls?

Have you sent any MMS (picture) messages? There are not included in any allowances.
Or have you sent any messages to any short code (5 digit) or chargeable numbers? These are normally not included either. For instance - competition entry, voting for TV shows.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

MMS or international messages are not included, nor texts to some short codes.

There are many apps you can use to send photos for free these days.

WhatsApp, Facebook, BBM etc.
