Hello, since February I have an account with you and I paid 26 pounds, in October I took an additional phone with a subscription for 2 years I paid 60 pounds earlier and now I have to pay a 30 pounds contract for 2 years. Today I entered my account and it turned out that I have pay from a specified amount of £ 56 an additional VAT of £ 10 every month, i.e. I have to pay 66 a month. I do not agree to pay additional costs inconsistent with the contract, I do not agree to be charged additional tax, if this is the case every month it will decide to terminate the contract early due to hidden costs.Regards Pawel Cekala

Unless you have a business account, vat is billed inclusively, so there is no "extra" vat to pay.
Your bill breakdown will show the vat as a separate line item but the total you pay is the advertised price.
Check your additional charges to see where the additional £10 is coming from.
International calls and texts aren't included in your allowances, along with premium rate calls, mms etc.
See here for what is included and what is charged extra Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
Also, vat on £56.00 is £11.20 not £10.00

@Pawel1990647889 As said previously, this is a customer community, and you would have to speak to customer service using the numbers provided if you think there's a discrepancy on your charges. Also be aware that you have signed a contract, and you cannot terminate it early because you think there are hidden charges. You will have to pay for the months still remaining if you want to cancel. It would be best for you to speak to customer service and try to resolve the issue before you proceed with anything else.

I do not understand it before, I had a bill and I paid 27 pounds, I took the second phone, I paid 60 pounds before the purchase and I was supposed to pay 30 pounds every month, 57 in total, and here it shows in the bill that the sum will be charged 66.37, how can I change it, I will add that no I have no business.Regards Pawel Cekala

As I said above, it is not vat as it is the wrong amount.
You need to check for any additional charges in your bill breakdown.

Your first contract inc vat is £26.70
Your second contract inc vat is £39.67
Total without additional charges = £66.37
You have either misunderstood the charge for the second contract or it was not explained to you correctly, but, based on the figures you have provided, the bill is correct.
