My contract has expired and I expected my monthly bill to reduce automatically to the sim only cost, but O2 are still charging the full rental cost. I cxan't seem to find a link on their website to ask about it. Any ideas?  Thanks vm

Hi @RobertG5827

You have to cancel it yourself, otherwise it will continue rolling on each month

If device plan is paid, the month after will be the airtime only portion of the monthly charge.
This will only apply to lines taken out directly with O2, and not 3rd parties like carphone warehouse
