Excess charge following claim

I have received my monthly bill & have Ben charge my full excess when I was told it would be split into 2 payments

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
