You can but it is best doing it in an O2 shop (take photo ID)
If you ask customer services there is a strong chance your eSIM will be disconnected and you having to wait up to a week for the plastic SIM to arrive in the post.
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
