Hi, how do I get a esim if the o2 stores are closed and the cs calls are only for urgent queries?

Only way is via O2.

I called this morning and was through to someone within about 30 seconds of selecting the option for urgent queries - the only way to speak to someone it seems.

Took longer for the agent to process the order for the esim but all looks sorted and should be with me some point next week.
