Hi, I have downloaded the esim on my Samsung flip z 2 days ago. I followed the instructions on the esim pack and successfully downloaded the profile on my phone and I have request for a sim swap. I have waited for more than 48hrs and my esim are still not working. I had call the customer service 3 times for 3 days and they only ask me to wait 24hrs and another 24hrs for the service to activate. Already more than 48hrs and my esim still not working. Please help????? Wait can I do???

I know you have called before but they need to sort it. There are numerous numbers for O2 in this guide

Thanks for reply. I have tried all the solution according to the link you gave me and it's still not able to activate and transfer my phone number to the esim. My esim only shown emergency call so what can I do?
