Hi. I have samsung s22 but bought new samsung s23 and just wondering how to move my esim from old phone to new phone??? Do I need call to costumer service to order new esim?? Thank you for any information ☺️

Yes, you need a new eSim pack @Klaudia91
Check if you can order that yourself in your My o2 app first - some can, others can't.
If you are unlucky, then either order it through customer services or by visiting your local store.
Customer services are on 202 from your o2 phone, or 0344 809 0202.
Alternatively message them on social media:
Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
