Hello,

Apologies if this is already been asked, did a search but couldnt find out clearly.

I have a pay monthly contract with o2, looking at the benefits of esim for a second number.

Is it possible to switch my current contract to esim and have a physical sim with a second number?

For the second number would pay as you go work? and must the physical sim be with o2?

Also is the switch to esim free or is there a charge for this?

Many Thanks

It's free and the best and quickest  option is to call into a O2 store and they will sort it out for you completely free

  1. Or you can call customer service

@Cato_1988 Just to add to @jonsie's reply, in order to have an esim you have to have a dual sim phone that is compatible with both types of sim. You didn't say which phone you had, which is the reason I've mentioned this.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
