Error on data allowance

MyO2 app is showing I only have 10gb of data when I should have 30gb (as per what my contract has been and continues for another 10 months). Has anyone got the same problem and managed to speak to O2? Thanks in advance.

Everyone who had contracts with cpw have lost their bonus data.

Customer service will reinstate it but you need to call them Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Hi @awj 

There have been major issues with the My O2 app. Try and view it on a PC which is still working. I have checked mine this morning.

Thanks Cleoriff, unfortunately it’s still showing 10gb on the PC. It may be something related to O2’s contract cancellation with Carphone Warehouse (who the underlying contract with with for me). An error has occurred somewhere in their systems
