Hello!
I'm wanting to move my number from SMARTY to O2, I have filled out the form online with the PAC code and I keep getting a text message that it was unsuccessful. I called O2 and they re-submitted the form, but once again it has failed. What can I do to resolve this?

It could be that Smarty (Three) are rejecting the port, or have given you an incorrect PAC code, so I would go back to them and get them to double check.
Also make sure all your details match on both accounts
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
