Error loading game assets

I have one game which will not load using 4g. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game, reset network settings, hard closed, removed & reinserted sim but continue to get the same error. I loaded the game on My husbands iPhone which is the same IOS 13.6 and it works fine. He is with Virgin Mobile whereas I am with O2. Any ideas?

Have you tried on 3g or WiFi ?

Works fine on Wi-Fi, not on any form of Mobile data. Everything else is fine on mobile data

The game must need to access a port that O2 have blocked.

You could try calling customer service but I doubt they would be much help.

It might be an issue that fixes itself though eventually.

O2 are investigating but it does look like it is related to the comment above. I have a business iPhone X operating with Vodaphone & the game works fine & it works with Virgin Mobile too. 😤

O2 will tell you they don't block ports but we know that's not true @Silky27
