Hi. I have recently upgraded my phone from the iPhone 14 pro max to the iPhone 15 pro max, I have the apple watch ultra and it I have cellular/ mobile service which was set up on my iPhone 14 pro max fine, I wiped the phone before trading it in but as I didn’t impair the Apple Watch from my old phone I just keep getting error code 14 when I try on my new one. I’ve tried resetting, unpairing, spoke and let apple support take control and I went into o2 today to do a sim swap and that’s still not worked. Could anyone help please? I don’t know what else to do.

You are going to have to persist with either O2 in-store or O2 via Social Media using the link just below, @Phoneupgrade - watch and iPhone pairing has been somewhat of a bugbear in recent months, if you search the forum using the Search Bar at the top of the page, you may find an answer that helps. Good luck. Oh, @Phoneupgrade - I have flagged your other post about this as a duplicate.
