Erroneous bill not updated on website

Hi everyone,

O2 staff agreed to reduce an erroneous bill I had received, and I received confirmation yesterday that credit would be added to my account which would be visible from today. However it is still not visible? Is it worth giving them another call?

Well it is somewhat reduced but still ridiculously high. Worth giving them another call?

the money i've had taken off seems to have been made up in VAT etc. And I was also charged for ringing this number:

yeah. i only get charged on the 20th so i guess im going to get as much as i can taken off before then.
