I am on a sim only deal and the monthly bill is never the same and there are no extra charges in the billing breakdown.
I'm at a loss to understand why it is different every single month.
My tariff is - O2 Sim Only Unlimited 12M 20GB
This months bill is £20.10
Last month was £18, there are no extra calls or charges on this months bill.
What am i missing here? I've gone over the bills 3 times and there is not one single extra charge to explain this.
Can someone advise?

Sorry but as customers like yourself, we have no access to your account. You have checked your bills for extras so you need to contact O2 for an explanation.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
PS, the only other thing I can think of is the annual Retail Price Index (RPI). This was added in April.
