Enterprise Activation

I am unable to connect to the internet. The 'gprs' sign at the top is not in capitals, and I can't activate the enterprise activation for some reason, I have topped up on the o2 unlimited tarrif and nothing has happened, what do I do?

Hi,

 

 

As Adam says we need a bit more info on the phone being used.

 

One other first step would be to text ACTIVE to 2020, save the return settings and re boot the phone.

Am I right in thinking if the OP has one of the newer Blackberries the BB Bolt on is not required ?

It's a BB for sure but which model is anyone's guess...
Even if it's a new BB you still need to create a BBID and log on in the phone.....

Isn't it different for BB Business customers, as they were asking about Enterprise?
