I want to pay off early but cannot get through on 202,having tried for two days. Went online, spent twenty minutes chatting security etc and lost connection. O2 is hopeless.

Weekend is the worst time to call. Best bet is 8-8.30 in the morning as there is less waiting time. Personally I would forget live chat.

@FedUpCustomer  If you're ending your contract to move to another provider, you don't need to speak to customer service. Follow the guide given above by @Cleoriff  to request your PAC by text.
