Weekend is the worst time to call. Best bet is 8-8.30 in the morning as there is less waiting time. Personally I would forget live chat.

@FedUpCustomer If you're ending your contract to move to another provider, you don't need to speak to customer service. Follow the guide given above by @Cleoriff to request your PAC by text.
