I have been trying, unsuccessfully to cancel my airtime contract on my phone and my tablet (haven't used the tablet for two years) but I cannot use the phone for calls as I am deaf, o2 will not let my husband speak on my behalf, I have written to them but they insist they have to speak to me either on the phone or face to face. I am disabled and be bound but they won't shift on this. What can I do please?

I will tag an O2 account advisor who will contact you through this site by Private Message. Look for the mail envelope icon at the top of the page when they reach out to you.

@O2Ryan or @O2Emma can you please assist @Helen51?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
