Is there a way to contact O2 through email or WhatsApp, I just recently got the pay monthly sim, but discovered is has less coverage than I'd like, and I want to end the contract

@Sai165

You have 14 days to change your mind https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returning-your-device without charge. If longer than 14 days you will be liable for the full amount.

Either way you need to contact O2

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that – message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
