My pay monthly contract has finished and they have automatically put me on a new one, how do i get in touch to cancel it?
Live chat isnt working, everytime i phone i am on hold and cannot get through, i cant find email address to get in touch, i have been charged for it even though i no longer use the number, any help greatly appreciated

Your contract rolls on unless you cancel.

No-one at O2 would automatically put you on a new contract.

If you are on Refresh and the device is paid, unless you cancel the airtime it will keep rolling on
