Hi I have a phone & watch contract with you. They are both due to finish Dec. 
What happens to my watch cellular operating if I go with another supplier with my phone…?

You will have to get a data plan for the watch from your new network as the plan is linked to the mobile number

Change network for phone means also changing for your watch
