Hi, I'm Patrik.
My O2 contact should end in November, but I am still receiving bill. I didn't use my old UK phone number from October, because I already moved abroad few months ago. Can you help me please?

Unless you cancelled you contract, then it continues until you cancel it.

You will need to contact customer services to do so :
You need to call +44 7860 980 202 or +44 844 809 0202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
