My 24 month contract finishes next month. I am currently in France where I have been in lockdown, but I live in the UK. I can't get an upgrade because I am away. Will I automatically go on to a lower tarif at the end of the month, till I get back and can do the upgrade? How do I find this information on this spiders web of a website?
No, your contract will continue rolling on with you paying the airtime only. You need to UPGRADE to a sim only contract if keeping the phone. If you choose the upgrade to sim only, this is done automatically on the system.
