Hi, i ended my monthly contract with o2 as i was due a upgrade but it was way too expensive. I spoke to someone over live chat but i haven't heard anything since. Ive had no conformwtion email or text. What do i do now?

Thankyou. I only did live chat because i couldnt get through on the phone. I've been trying to ring everyday for the last 3 days and still can't get through.

If you read the guide above, there is no need to call anyone as you can cancel by text.

However in case you need to call for anything else (to check whether contract was cancelled) there are numerous numbers in this guide.
