End of contract

My 24 month contract ends in September, will it automatically just run out or do I have to specifically cancel it? I don't want to start a new contract

Hi,

If you do nothing your contract will revert to a 30 day rolling contract.

If you want to end it but still have your number then request your PAC code. When your new network uses the PAC code this will effectively end your contract ,and your old network will send you the final bill.

If you just don't want a contract at all any more then ring 202 from your mobile ,and give 30 days notice.

Or ring them from a landline.

Alternatively just ask them to migrate your number to a P&G sim 30 days before your contract ends.
