I recently has my new sim and have a WiFi calling enabled phone but when I try to activate it says I need to contact o2. Even if I try too add it via my device and connections in the app. Is there anyway of getting this enabled without calling o2 especially with the current lockdown situation

It sounds like 4G and Wifi calling isn't enabled on your account. Unfortunately i cannot check or add this for you as we arent able to access accounts on the Community forum. Ive attached a link to the Wifi calling help and support page with info and steps you can try to add it on. If these don't work then you would need to contact customer services.
