I have an overdue bill but I cannot log on to pay as I can only receive emergency calls so the text to log in will not come through, can you help

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
