Seems to be a technical issue - 02 have set up new direct debits for everyone and then tried to take payments from old ones.

Yes was all meant to be transferred to a new direct debit. I had email today. Contact billing and they wanted me to pay by card. Eh no you sort it out is what I told them

There have been lots of reports of issues with direct debits and payments recently. Did your problem sort itself out ?
