Can I stop my bill coming through as a txt? I'd prefer email because I read them more than my txt which I have a habit of deleting without reading

I get both for some reason but I would guess it's a setting in "My O2".
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
