Email contact

Does O2 have a contact email address for a question that doesn't fit into any

of the general categories listed, I actually need to mail, not phone or Webchat.

Try as I might, I could not find one !

It's one of the mysteries to regular members that there is no direct email address linked anywhere on the webite and we have to use https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help and just tick mobile. The other available email is the complaint address : complaintreviewservice@o2.com

There is another web address but it seems to bounce back and tell you to use the official addess posted first in this reply.

Other than that, try a PM to Toby or Chiara to see if the site admins can help with your particular query

Yes the thread is 4 years old and no email contact now other than the complaints link.
