I'm abroad at the moment and need to speak to O2 about additional charges on my bill. Live chat is offline when I am available most of the time. Does anyone know of an email address I can use to query this?

Unfortunately customer service have not had email support for a number of years now and you are far better to try and contact them by calling rather than use the often frustrating live chat.
Time differences can be awkward but only customer service can help you and to clarify any charges.
