If you follow the upgrade path in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 it will tell you if you have any charges when you reach the checkout part.
You can text INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees that may be payable but this may not be accurate if you have a special offer from O2.
