I recently had to leave O2, and I have been billed for early termination charges.

Without wanting to sound harsh, the bottom line is you will be wasting your time with a complaint. It is not O2's responsibility to tell you where you can or cannot move to. They have no duty of care in this regard. No network does. It would have been your responsibilty to check the coverage in the area you've moved to, and let's be honest, if you knew beforehand that you couldn't get a signal with O2, would that have prevented you from moving?

We can't really offer any further useful advice tbh. Fill in the complaint and send it off and see what happens. Let us know how you get on.

Just because someone in Customer Service failed to inform you about TuGo is not grounds to exonerate you from paying the remainder of your contract. You can complain if you wish, and they might throw you a crumb as a goodwill gesture, but you're not going to get much, and will have to pay what you owe. Sorry, but that's the reality of the situation. I'm just trying to save you some time.

Hi, just thought I'd let you all know that O2 have kindly agreed to cancel my early termination charge completley. It just shows what can be done when you talk to the right people.
