Hi all. As I don't use my o2 SIM no more because I'm not happy with the service and it runs out 2023. I've read that as an o2 refresh customer which I am, I can get an early termination no charge? But have I got too long for me to be eligible?

You need to pay off the device in full and then you can cancel the airtime @Oll1e2

Silly question but I cannot continue to pay for the device and just get the airtime cancelled?

The only way to cancel is to pay for the phone in full I'm afraid

Have been on the phone to O2 today, and been cut off 3 times while trying to cancel my contract and get a PAC code. Is there an alternative way to contact O2 on another phone number - tried 202 - or by e-mail. And they want to know why I'm leaving? Here's another nail for you! Thanks, Community.
