A few days ago I settled my two device plans. Unfortunately I have been ill and messed up my finances. Does anyone know if it could be possible to have that reversed? Payments have left my account.

You cannot reverse a payment on a device plan as it is a credit agreement.
But if you have paid on a credit card you may be able to do a charge back but there are servere consequences doing this and can affect your credit rating so do the research first before attempting this action.
