I have a very simple query.
1. I was a silver member of O2 Rewards which entitled me to a 1-month early upgrade. I had recently renewed at a more expensive tariff and I could see that in the next few months I would hit the threshold for being a Gold Member and getting a 3-month upgrade (£720 in 12 months)
2. O2 did away with O2 Rewards
3. I have now hit the £720 threshold but still remain with a 1-month early upgrade rather than a 3-month early one.
Is this going to change?
