Hello, I made a contract with O2 in June. In September I leaved UK for some reasons and totally forgot about my O2 account. Yesterday I look at my e-mails and noticed that I have bill of 614 paunds. I remembered that I have an O2 sim card and I dont pay it anymore. I texted with a person in consumer service and he told me this is because of the early termination fee. He also said that I have to contact with payment team. Since I am not in UK or Europe I cannot call abroad. Can anybody help me about that? Thank you.
