Hello I was a customer on the (REMOVED) line.

My service had been terrible, it took over a month for my sim to be activated and couldnt leave on time for me to cancel within the 14 day cool off period. after many conversations with O2 they had told me i needed to use my PAC code to leave and keep. my number. Now I have been charged an early cancellation fee that I had been told could be waived given the circumpstances.

I would like some help or a call back on this matter soon please.

Thanks,
Amine Souames

Remove your mobile number from the public customer to customer forum, as you are liable for any scams or spam that you incur,..

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 0344 809 0202

When were you told that the early cancellation fee could be waived ?

I am just wondering if that might take a couple of days to be authorised and to work through the system ?
