I recently ordered a new iPhone 11 from the O2 shop and could not remember receiving a pair of EarPod earphones bundled in with the 'phone. Should I have received them as part of my order?

I can't see an offer including Earpods? If you need to check you should either return to the shop or call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Apple no longer supply earphones and they have to be bought separately.

I see them in the shop as a standalone purchase for £19.

Strangely the same price as the charging plug which is also no longer included.

Mmmmm...obviously make more money selling them separately.🤔

Yep, an additional £38 worth on top of an already hugely profitable selling price.
Did you know it only costs £200 to manufacture an iPhone yet the cheapest one to buy is £700 !!
