Hi, I done an upgrade just over a month ago and it said after 28 days I'd get a text with a link to claim the galaxy ear buds for £1 as part of the deal for purchasing the new S23 Ultra but with I haven't received anything. Thanks

I am having a similar issue. Called Customer Service and told I'll get something within 48 hours.
That has come and gone, so will be call up again.

Exactly the same here. Customer Service promise something, it doesn't happen, you contact them again, and guess what... same response. Their promotions are a scam
